Rajvant Kaur Dakoha is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Omnia Law Chambers LLC. She earned a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from the University of London in 1995 and was called as a Barrister to the Court of England and Wales in 2000. She was then admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in April 2002.

Rajvant has significant experience in dispute resolution, particularly in the areas of civil and commercial law, and in corporate transactions. She started her career in the Singapore Public Service in the Public Trustee’s Office. She has also served as an Assistant Registrar/Director in the Accounting and Regulatory Authority’s Prosecution Department. Raajvant also served as an Assistant Director in the Law Society of Singapore’s Regulatory Department where she was responsible for governing the conduct of all local and foreign lawyers practising in Singapore.

Rajvant subsequently moved to the private sector to pursue her passion for legal practice. At Omnia Law Chambers, she runs her own boutique private practice to maximize her abilities and undertake complex cases for the best benefits to her clients. Apart from managing her own practice, she volunteers for pro bono work to contribute back to society. From 2020 to 2021, Rajvant was appointed to the Panel of Assessors under the Covid-19 Temporary Relief Measures Act (“Act”). She assisted the Ministry of Law in their assessment of contractual disputes for the public who sought compensation under the Act’s relief measures. For her contributions, Rajvant received a Special Volunteer Award (COVID 19) from the Ministry of Law in October 2022.
