KC has over two decades of experience in corporate finance, business valuation, and strategic advisory. Before joining Omnia Law, he built and led Iconomy Group of Companies, a multidisciplinary professional services group of companies offering corporate advisory, accounting, tax, compliance solutions, real estate investment and facilities management. As a seasoned entrepreneur, KC has advised businesses across diverse industries, from startups to publicly listed corporations, on governance, risk management, and capital markets.


His extensive corporate background allows him to approach complex transactions with a commercial mindset, ensuring strategic solutions that go beyond conventional legal frameworks. Having handled intricate business structuring, financial due diligence, and forensic analysis, he brings invaluable insight into optimising tax efficiency and financial compliance.
